Project Management Department

FUNCTIONS

Is responsible for providing comprehensive reports on the status of projects implemented

Undertakes project monitoring and evaluation as the basis for operational and financial control measures

Project Monitoring Division

Monitors all PNOC energy and other energy-related projects that are funded or guaranteed by PNOC to ensure the timely tracking of their progress (on-going projects), using such parameters as physical/financial progress against projections, and to identify problems at the project level thus permitting corrective action to be taken.

Project Evaluation Division

Evaluates all PNOC energy and other energy-related projects/activities to assess their post-completion impact on the development goals of PNOC, using such parameters as impact to the total economy/energy plan, physical performance, power plant technologies for geothermal and gas, social context, and financial aspects.
