ENERGY SUPPLY BASE (ESB)DESCRIPTION:
The ESB is a private commercial port with excellent berthing, cargo handling, stock yard, and warehousing facilities. Although initially set up to cater to the logistical support needs of PNOC-EC and the domestic energy industry, ESB services now extends to other commercial clients that require these facilities. The pier can accommodate 5 vessels per day simultaneously.
ESB was established as a result of Letter of Instruction No. 563 issued by then President Ferdinand Marcos on June 24, 1977. In November 1993, the PNOC-EC Board approved the acquisition of the ESB operations from Petron Corporation.
Total Land Area : 17.2 hectares
Warehouse Area : 23,600 sqm.

- Length : 62 meters
- Two side berths : 40 meters
Open Yard Area : 35,000 sqm.

Located in Barrio Mainaga, Mabini, Batangas, 115 kilometers south of Metro Manila
STATUS:
The ESB in Mabini, Batangas continues to serve the energy industry and commercial clients by providing pier, warehousing, and other related services. Campaign/coordination efforts are being intensified to increase energy-related clients.
