(TBI) is in charge of the project.
PROJECT SITE:
Talisay, Negros Occidental
STATUS:
PNOC met with Talisay Bioenergy Inc. (TBI) officials to discuss proposed amendments to the Disbursement Agreement. An ocular inspection was conducted on Hawaiian-Philippine Co. (HPCo.) sugar plant in Silay, Negros Occidental, the new site for the proposed bagasse cogeneration project.
