COSTA VERDE RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL ESTATE

DESCRIPTION:

A Joint Venture Project by PNOC Development and Management Corporation (PDMC) and Sta. Lucia Realty. A prime 32-hectare property, fronting General Trias Drive being developed into residential and retail commercial complex with Royal Homes Marketing as the exclusive marketing network for the project. The mixed-income residential lot will cater to the middle to upper income market and commercial areas to cater to the expected levels of demands attributed to population growth and employment opportunities.

PROJECT SITE:

Located along General Trias Drive in Barangay Tejeros Convention,Rosario, Cavite, about 30 kms. from Metro Manila. The property is also fronting the Cavite Export Processing Zone, the largest industrial estate in Cavite.

STATUS:

Groundbreaking ceremonies were held in 2003 as well as the signing of the marketing agreement among PDMC, Sta. Lucia Realty and Development, Inc. and Royale Homes Marketing Corporation.

Pre-selling of the units started in the 1st semester of 2004 and is still ongoing. Active site development is ongoing.
