TAGUIG CITY – The Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC) conducted an Internal Quality Audit (IQA) on July 1 to 21, 2021 to review and improve the processes, functions, and operational areas of PNOC. The IQA is being done annually in preparation for a third-party audit as required by the Governance Commission for GOCCs and part of the requirements in maintaining the company’s ISO 9001:2015 certification.

PNOC ended the month-long activity with a “Wash Down” to discuss the auditors’ findings with the auditees. The Quality Management Representative (QMR), department managers, process owners, and internal quality auditors participated in the discussions of the audit results and corresponding action plans to be undertaken.
