TAGUIG CITY – In its continuous efforts to recognize employee contribution to the success of the company, PNOC gave honors to officials and employees whose loyalty and commitment to public service brought value to the company during its annual Service Awards on December 17, 2021.
The first category of honorees was awarded for their 25 years of loyal service, namely, PNOC’s OIC President and CEO Atty. Graciela M. Barleta, OIC-Department Manager of the Office of the General Counsel Atty. Antonio G. Buenviaje, Ms. Ma. Luisa L. Katalbas of the Project Management Department and Mr. Peter S. J. Capacete of the Treasury Department. In addition, Ms. Deanne Lesley F. Gonzales of the Accounting Department was honored for her ten (10) years of loyal service.
The second category of honorees consisted of various groups/offices recognized for their dedication in the delivery of continuous service most especially during the COVID-19 quarantine periods, namely, the Office of the President, the Office of the Senior Vice President for Finance and Administrative Services, the Office of the Senior Vice President for Energy Investments, the Office of the Senior Vice President for Energy Business, the General Services Division, and the Contracted Personnel assigned to the Executive Offices. The Technical Working Group for the ESB Port Development Project was also granted a special award for conducting the required due diligence in evaluating bids and ensuring compliance with RA 9184.
The third category, the Career and Self Development Award, was granted to Mr. Severino M. Valerio for valuing his professional and personal growth by satisfactorily completing a Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration on his personal account last June 2020.
PNOC concluded the awarding ceremony with a simple year-end fellowship to spread the holiday spirit.
