On March 24, 2025, PNOC conducted its second entrepreneurial exposure session, attended by 30 employees, focusing on perfume and cologne making. Ms. Mary Rose S. Rivera facilitated the workshop, covering essential concepts such as fragrance formulation, proper mixing techniques, and industry best practices. The session also delved into branding and packaging strategies for those interested in turning their craft into a business. Participants engaged in a hands-on activity where they created their own scents, and each received a starter kit to further experiment with their perfume and cologne-making skills.
