Notes:

1) On February 7, 2013, in the special PNOC Shipping and Transport Corporation’s (PSTC) stockholders’ meeting joined by all the PNOC Board of Directors, the PNOC Board passed Resolution No. 2111, Series of 2013, approving the recommendation of the PNOC Board to shorten the corporate life of the Company until March 15, 2013 to protect the interest of PNOC, the sole stockholder, from the continuous deterioration of the financial condition of PSTC. The dissolution was approved by then President in a Memorandum dated July 5, 2013 issued by then Executive Secretary addressed to the Chairman, Governance Commission on Government Owned and Controlled Corporations (GCG).

PNOC Shipping and Transport Corporation (PNOC-STC) is still in the process of its dissolution.

2) In a Memorandum from the Executive Secretary dated September 8, 2014, then President approved the recommendation of the Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG) to abolish PNOC-Alternative Fuels Corporation (PNOC-AFC) and the PNOC Development and Management Corporation (PNOC-DMC), including the creation of a Technical Working Group (TWG) for the pursuance of dissolutions. The Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC) as Administrator of PNOC-AFC and PNOC-DMC is in the process of complying with the dissolution and liquidation requirements in coordination with the GCG and other government agencies. In 2018, the operations of PNOC-AFC Industrial Park and PNOC-DMC were integrated into the GCG-approved PNOC reorganization plan.
