PNOC employees took part in the Bloodletting Activity organized by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) on September 11, 2025 at the Cuneta Astrodome, Pasay City—offering hope and healing to those in need.

This initiative, held in collaboration with the Philippine Blood Center (PBC) and Dr. Jose N. Rodriguez Memorial Hospital and Sanitarium (DJNRMHS), forms part of PNOC’s active participation in the celebration of the 125th Civil Service Month. It also reflects PNOC’s unwavering commitment to fostering a culture of empathy, compassion, and community service.
