MARIVELES, Bataan—Families in Brgy. Batangas Dos gained access to free healthcare services as PNOC, through its Park Management Division, conducted a Medical Mission–Operation Tuli on May 22, 2025, under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.
The initiative served 72 young boys from the community, offering them free professional circumcision services. Aside from the procedure, the activity emphasized to children and their parents the importance of proper hygiene, preventive care, and early health education in ensuring overall well-being.
The medical mission began with preliminary health assessments to ensure that each participant was fit to undergo the operation. Circumcisions were performed by doctors, nurses, midwives, and trained personnel from the Mariveles Health Office (MHO) and Rural Health Units (RHUs), with support from barangay health workers. Beneficiaries also received essential medicines and detailed post-operative care instructions to support safe recovery at home.

For families in Brgy. Batangas Dos, the mission eased the challenges of availing circumcision services by bringing healthcare closer to home at no cost. The initiative ensured that the beneficiaries received safe and professional care within their own community.
The success of the mission highlighted the strong collaboration between PNOC and the local government of Mariveles. Both MHO and RHUs provided medical expertise and resources, while barangay officials and health workers ensured effective coordination which enabled the program to reach its intended beneficiaries efficiently.
By providing essential services to its host communities, PNOC fulfills its commitment to promoting health, welfare, and sustainable development through its CSR initiatives.
