In a significant development for the Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC), two distinguished professionals, Ma. Cristina Sheila Canag Cabaraban and Franz Josef George Espina Alvarez, have joined the company’s esteemed Board of Directors (BOD), effective June 2023.

Today, Director Cabaraban and Director Alvarez attended their inaugural PNOC Board Meeting, led by DOE Undersecretary Alessandro O. Sales and PNOC President and CEO Jesus Cristino P. Posadas. Also present were Director John J. Arenas, Director Michael Ted R. Macapagal, Director Joel R. Caminade, and Director Ma. Celestina de la Serna.

In addition, PNOC extended its sincere appreciation to the outgoing members of its Board of Directors, namely Director Michael Ted R. Macapagal, Director Romeo V. Poquiz, and Director Adolf P. Borje. These esteemed individuals have served PNOC with dedication and distinction, playing instrumental roles in the company’s growth and success.
