Makati – Last February 27, 2023, at the Governance Commission for GOCCs office in Makati City, PNOC President and CEO Jesus Cristino P. Posadas, together with SVP for Energy Business Atty. Graciela Barleta and SVP for Energy Investments Atty. Ronald C. Chua signed the PNOC 2023 Performance Scorecard with GCG Chairperson Retired Justice Alex L. Quiroz. Also present at the signing were GCG Commissioners Atty. Gideon D.V. Mortel and Atty.Geraldine Marie Berberabe-Martinez.

Before the signing, GOCC Corporate Governance Officer V/Energy & Materials Division & OIC, Director III Atty. Maricor E. Lacambacal presented the proposed PNOC 2023 Scorecard. PNOC President Posadas expressed confidence that PNOC can achieve all its commitments. These commitments are aligned with PNOC’s mandate and the recent directive from DOE Secretary Raphael Perpetuo M. Lotilla emphasizing the ARCA objectives. ARCA stands for A- Affordable, R- reliable, resilient, secure, C- clean, sustainable, climate centered and A- accessible energy.
