The Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC) corporate office in BGC, Taguig City, completed its third recertification audit on October 29, 2023. The audit resulted in the issuance of an ISO 9001:2015 certification, the international standard for Quality Management Systems.
The Energy Supply Base (ESB) in Mabini, Batangas also underwent its recertification audit on December 6, 2023, and passed.
Meanwhile, the PNOC Industrial Park (PIP) in Limay, Bataan passed its first surveillance audit on August 29, 2023, with no recorded minor or significant non-conformities.
Mr. Oliver B. Butalid, the CEO and President of the PNOC, expressed his satisfaction with the successful certification and commended the efforts of all employees in upholding the company’s commitment to quality. He stated that maintaining QMS/IMS ISO certification reflects the company’s unwavering dedication to delivering excellence in all operations. President Butalid added that the commendations received are a testament to the team’s hard work and commitment.
The audits underscore PNOC’s commitment to continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and adherence to international standards.
